DespiserBlack6 Package

DespiserBlack6_Package - June 6th 2007
--------------------------------------

I put this Black6_Dialer together based on Pauly's version found here on PPC Geeks. Its a Black modern looking theme. Included is the OEM folder (zDespiserBlack6_Dialer) and a cab file for pre-cooked roms. The OEM folder must start with the letter "z" so it will not get over-written with other kitchen files.

Also included in this package is my Black6 theme. For some reason the basehue won't stay at 160 within the theme itself as I had intended so I created a .cab to fix this after you switch beteen themes called Blackreg.cab (changes Seperator Lines to Black, the Tapdots to Red, and the BaseHue 160).

On a side note regarding themes. I use MS theme generator with the Pocket Plus_Ext extensions (Icons, batt meter etc). This combo will not allow me to use white letters ont eh start menu (PPC2002 issue) anyway I then use another theme generator but it loses my extensions. This situation requires me to use two seperate .tsk run one after the other to get all my effects. Kind of a pain. Anyone know of any other free theme generators that let me make _ext themes?

Also included is the Phone Alarm BlackIce theme cab. This is for the OLD OEM Kitchen install ONLY!

Also included is a cleaner wait spinner called WM6Spinner (origin unkown).

Also included are a couple of Windows Media Player skins to go with Unified Kitchen install in the OS directory to match my dialer/theme.

As always use at your own risk.

Considering another similar version, suggestions welcome.

Good Luck!

Do you have a screen shot of the dialer or any other screen shots?

Screen shots would be nice.

If you want, I may be able to integrate this into the kitchen as a theme option. I know people want different options and people like black.

Maybe you should take a look at the jimmy vista dialer. It keeps with your black theme, but has smartdial working. Its always the first thing I install on my phone.

Jimmys is very nice. I wish I had found that one a year ago

And Colonel, its just a cab that copies all the files into your \windows directory restarts and gives an option to remove later. The folder is the OEM that is also in the FTP.
