has any definite facts been released about the phone yet? If my 6700 all the sudden bricks I hope they will upgrade me to the 6800 and not the treowx
(has anyone else noticed the treos are gone from the sprint website?)

There has ben no official word as of yet. This is just information that is leaked.
That being said, it is looking like the phone will be release 6/18 and then be available 7/16 for everyone.

And of course, it won't be called the XV6800 (or even the PPC6800.) It will likely be called the Mogul.

Don't hold your breath on getting a 6800 for a 6700. You would have more luck getting a lock line new unit, then flipping it on eBay then using that cash for the 6800. I'm going to sell mine to work for testing and get one of these the minute I can!

well, its hard enough to get a replacement 6700 for a 6700 right now. So dont get your hopes up that they will give you a 6800 for it. Maybe, like some people have said on this forum, wait a couple of months, then take your "now" dead phone in, and hopefully they will trade it up.

quick question, when the mogul hits the streets will it speed up the release of a custom WM6 ROM for the rest of us too? We desperately need some love for the 6700.
