I've seen pics in different forums where people made the hole for the earpiece bigger and they said it was a great increase in volume. Its just like the one where people drill out the plastic over the speaker on the back (I know that one works because I did it myself)

hmmm, i'm not so sure that drilling is my best approach...but i really could use a little more volume, seeing as how i'm hard of hearing...stupid loud equipment putting myself through college

is the problem phone calls or music/movies?
If it's movies and music I'd suggest a good normalizing program. I run all the media that I listen to on my PPC through a batch audio normalizer which bumps the sound up enough so that I can hear it over my bluetooth headset while driving on the freeway with the window down. |
