Missing Files

Hey whats up yall i no their is already a 2d manilla post but i want to know if anyone have the complete 2d manilla zip file.because i never had it before and i dont no what files is needed.and while i was reading a thread it said i should have already had the existing files.all i needed to do was update it.but since i never had the 2d manilla on ma phone idk where to start

dont even try the manila on a 6700. you will never be able to get a complete set of functionality out of it.
