RUIM Slot on PPC6700

Do you already own the Verizon Droid?, if so check to see there is any R-UIM slot inside, if not, then ask your son to check before sending out to you

Can anyone have Ev signal while using R-UIM on PPC6700 with operator that has EvDO network, if so, how to manipulate the setting inside the ROM (I believe)

1 = NVM Mode (Non Volatile Memory based Connection)
2 = RUIM if Available (means) First Priority to RUIM then NVM

I am Using Mode 2 so when i insert any 3 Party RUIM of

Tata Indiacome or Reliance Telecom the Phone Swithced to that Network and when i remove RUIM and Reboot it uses NVM and gets into Previou State.

Remeber I am using Verizon and i dont have to Change the Radio ROM i am using Verizon Phone made RUIM Based into Reliance Infocomm in India using RUIM Card.

Please mention more detail about #855, I know ##778 <dial> to get to programming setting, but try out #855 or ##855, nothing showed.

i have brought a sprint PPC 6700 from US and want to use in india (gujrat)
as i am a noob for all this can u tell me how to change ROM variable and is ur phone unlocked?..and we have to set jumper settings or something like that when we solder the slider slot
