Try flashing the latest official Sprint ROM. I'm not sure what ROM you are using, but doing this will install the latest Radio update.

jamesus,

thanks for the reply! I have tried to do just that. It gets stuck at 0% when trying to install the radio stack. I have found that if I tap on the top front of the 6700 I can get the radio stack to load. So, I believe that there is something lose on the radio rom or around it. I did drop it about 3 weeks ago but it must have taken awhile to show it's ugly head. I purchased the unit in July of 06' and I have sent utstarcom a support email to see if they can service it. I will load the original Sprint roms before sending it back in. If there is anything else that you think it might be please reply. The way it just comes and goes really makes me think that it is a hardware problem.

You might want to take it into a sprint store to see if there is something they can do to fix it. They might charge you for it as well. If you do this, just make sure that you have their official ROM flashed or you will have voided the warranty of the phone.
