Question No Radio present...
A buddy of mine bought a XV6700 on eBay.. It shows he has no radio.. He will come by and explain more... How do you fix this? Obviously, if the hardware is not there, it is a moot issue...

Make sure its unlocked, flash a radio and a compatible rom and he should be fine. I'm thinkin the no radio just means there isn't one loaded on the phone. does he get this when it boots? like where the red letter are instead of sayin 3.42.50 i just says no radio?

Could you point me to a how to for doing this, or is there one? Using search i only come up with things that leave stuff for a newb up in the air a bit.
