PPC6700hacks.cab still needed with new ROMs?

On my third ROM, C&S this time, and wondering if an old fav. http://pdaphonehome.com/forums/attac...-6700hacks.zip is still needed (ie show GPS in connections), or if it will cause issues.

I have it built into my custom 3.5 ROM and it seems to work fine. Though I'm not aware of any, there may be a few settings that no longer function.

Ok thank you for the quick answer. I have tried 5 ROMs today so I am getting back up to speed.
