AM FM Radio software?

Is there any software out there to allow me to listen to an AM/FM radio broadcast on my 6700?

well, being the 6700 doesnt have a built in radio tuner, no. However, if you have a data connection (wireless or wifi, you can go to www.radio4pda.com and listen to any station that streams. I eps love listening to bob and tom from the west coast, being I live on the eastern side, I can listen to the whole show

hope that helps more than it confuses.

Thanks... that's what I thought, but I wondered if it was possible that someone made a software based radio tuner using the phones internal antenna.

Radio Tuner

I have a tuner from my old PDA that was a SD card and some software that let it work on a WinCE or Palm Device... I haven't seen one for a mini SD, but I know from experience I almost never used it... (Listened to Podcasts I had downloaded instead....) I don't recall the brand, but Remember buying it from CompUSA in a clearance bin for about $20.00 about 2 years ago...

You'd need a hardware tuner. The antenna built in is for cell phone signals, not for radio. Same deal as trying to pick up over the air TV on it, without something to gather the signal the tuner is useless.

Well not all stations. There were at least 3 NYC stations that weren't on the list of stations, but I am going to let them know about them so they can be added. Thanks for the link it is a good find.
