hmm... PIE in 3.5 1.6u problems

all of a sudden, PIE which in the rom has pieplus installed. it has been opening up in tabs for every window that i click. also there is NO (favorites) and (menu) options to select with softkeys. only time they are displayed in for 1 sec after opening a fresh browser page.
