Not accepting calls

My XV6700 will not pickup an incoming call even though it is ringing, requiring a restart to get it to accept. It will also not dial out, giving an error about the number dialed.

Plus my data keeps getting disconnected all the time with error 37, or attempts to connect forever. But that's an old issue.

Has anyone experienced this issue, have any idea how to fix it? Should I reflash the phone back to stock rom and get it exchanged at a Verizon store? This phone has been giving me grief from day one.

I am using the 3.5 Kitchen 1.0.

Thanks,
Nite Rider

Similar problem

I recently had a similar problem with regards to not being able to receive incoming calls. It occurs after I tried the setting adjustment in the ##778 setting. Under modem I attempted to change the "Preferred Mode" to HDR Only...it however changed the HDR Hybrid Preferred setting to "Disabled". After being told about a few missed calls I changed the "Preferred Mode" back to automatic. However this apparently wasn't enough as I continued to miss calls...I had to log back into the ##778 settings and Modem and change the HDR Hybrid Preferred setting to "Enable". After that I have been able to receive calls.
