Configure Pocket Outlook to leave copy of emails on server??

Is there any way to configure pocket outlook to leave a copy of my emails on the server? I recently setup pop access for my yahoo account and when I deleted the emails from my PPC, pocket outlook deleted the emails from the yahoo server! I lost over 1000 important emails! How do I prevent this from happening again? I looked through all the settings and NO luck!
