It really sounds to me like something is wrong in your phone's settings, EPST as mentioned earlier. Generally if something is wrong, your phone will call out, get calls, send txts, possibly receive them, and internet won't work. Some registry settings/tweaks/hacks require you to create them, they are not always there the begin with, and I would NOT go around delete folders, that's asking for problems especially if the folder is protected. It won't let you delete it for a reason.
I would call cricket and ask what your MSID is, then post back here with your msid and phone number they told you, and your current msid and phone number via epst,under the view button, then under the Display drop down. Or you could just check that yourself, it could be under NAM or something else, too.
