I have to say nice work! I just added these changes to my kitchen and the whole device seems more stable. I didn't even have serious problems with BT before (mainly a failure to reconnect after going out of range). Nothing like some other users' issues I've read about. Now everything seems to work absolutely perfectly, though admittedly I've only been testing this for about half an hour.
I'm hoping this will resolve my other (rare) issue of random BT headset drops during a call. |

I owuld also like some more information about how to do the BT fix without re-cooking my ROM. I guess it may be simple to cook a ROM but I don't have the time to digest the process. Also I am conceerned that even if I restore using Sprint's nifty new backup designed for ROM upgrades, that I would just end up restoring all the BT files to the orignal ones.
I am using Jeff C&S for Sprint. Do I simply search for files fo the same name, note the directory and then overwrite them where found? That would be a brief, tedious chore but one which I can understand. |

Thanks for the files J. The fix works like a charm.

I, too, am waiting for the cab file. I have to soft reset up to twice per day to get bluetooth to work. I've also experienced the device not connecting to the intenet; I have to enter my name and password to connect. I'm about to reflash to the original C&S until this gets resolved. STill, the C&Ss are fantastic.
