can not program

Ok First time post been looking and flashing for a bit. I have sprint PPC 6700 Apache. I did all my flashing with the ppc kitchen. I just got an insurion replacment, I flashed it and today tried to program in and it will not program I talked to tech support sprint exe exe. Funny thing is my old phone that I have not sent back will not go into programing mode either. I can not remember if I programed the phone last time before the flash r not. i am using big blue frog dialer i belive it is called. Non the less the are sending me yet ANOTHER replacment. But I want to play with the roms until then. And make sure this will not happen again. PLEASE HELP. Also wanted to add that when I put the old esn back on the account I could not get it into programming mode. Luckly it was already programed so I can still use my phone. Oh and the reason for the replacment becasue my phone master reset on its own and the keyboard buttons would not work well. Thanks In Advance

Re: can not program

You can not program when it is flashed to a custom ROM. Flash to offical WM5 ROM. Then program / activate it then flash back to custom ROM.

Re: can not program

The offical WM5 ROM is located here. Please make sure you never tell Sprint you're on an unoffical ROM. I can't imagaine how they would do something but why would we wanna risk it? Thanks and enjoy.
