Exclamation Can you back up contacts to sd card?

I cant seem to be able to connect my ppc to my computer it just says unknown device so i am hoping that i can back up my contacts to my sd card. i am going to do a hard reset on the phone. hopefully that will work to get my pc to see my phone. i am running wm5.0

in file ex. find pim, rename to pim 2 copy to sd. hard reset. find pim 2 rename to pim. then delete pim file on device, copy renamed pim from sd to device. or use pim backup Lol pim backup link, http://www.freewareppc.com/database/pimbackup.shtml

Have you did a soft reset on phone first and then restart your computer and then try to reconnes phone I had to do that to my 6800 and it worked and I was abe to saved info to computer

Of course, Use a PIM Backup, with it you can backup even SMS, call history and more...

well i did the hard reboot and recovered all my data but i still get unknown device when i plug in my ppc to my computer any other ideas?
