Unpacking nk.nbf (.fat) ?

Anyone know how to unpack the nk.nbf file? Basically reverse compilation of a kitchen (not actual kitchen format, temp output would be fine).

Use the encode utility from when building a rom and it has an option to decode the rom instead of encode it

And then? You get a nk.fat hence the (.fat) part in the title. Anyone know the next steps?

change the extension from fat to nbf. and follow mt sticky at the top.
