You can get it from XDA-developers.com, though you need to be a member (free) to be able to download it.

When You Use Oz Messenger.what Does It Use Data Or Text

I saw your post and been doing some research...it looks like from all the googling I have been doing...it uses both.....Data and Texting charges.

"Data" <---to log into system and see/update buddy list, you might get away with it on "wifi" for access.

"Text/SMS"<----IMing is consider a SMS/Text format send/recieved.

I also was wondering myself about what it used...since I also have only a Text Plan and No Data....ooooowelllllll. BTW thanks for your time on the research.
