I had this issue too... I changed the file names to use all lowercase letters (except for the I in zImage)... I also changed the extension for initrd.txt and zImage.txt to initrd.img and zImage.img and updated startup.txt so that .img was following initrd and zImage but that may not have been needed... Let me know if you need more info...
