I was actually joking about actually running over the phone. Kind of.
But what's the difference between intentionally destroying the OS and crushing the screen or frying the internals (by accidently putting inside of a microwave for a few seconds). If you want to get technical, it's all fraud. And if you have the insurance, it doesn't matter why it doesn't work.
