If I read correctly, you have all of those apps (except Skype) on the card?

Rule #1: don't have anything that has a today plugin stored on your card! (hint: it'll slow it down! )

also, skype has a very, very large .exe file that the "shortcut" links too...it tends to cause massive slow downs:

tip: try and deleting the shortcut in your Start Menu and see how that works.

i did that seem to work fine now. i deleted the flash player an deleted skype from the start menu and it work MUCH better now actually 100% better

i compressed skypes exe and dlls with upx compressor and it loads much faster. i think i even did the same to the flash player....is there a newer/more complete upgrade to flash that will make it work with all sites? or are there just going to be sites that dont work even with the flash 7 plugin? i have it loaded toi the card.
