Making shortcuts

Sorry if this has been answered before...I did try searching for it.

I just made a custom ROM and included a few OEMs. All seems fine, but some of the programs didn't make shortcuts in the Program folder/menu. Is there an easy way to do this?

I had the same problem with mine. I have rebuilt several times and I get different shortcuts copied every time it seems. I just added them manually by copying the lnk file from the windows folder to the windows\start menu\programs folder using Total Commander.

That works, but if you want the shortcuts created with the ROM so you don't have to do it manually, you'll need an entry like this in the initflashfiles.txt file inside the directory of the OEM folder you're creating:

Directory("\Windows\Startup"):-File("OnLock.lnk","\Windows\OnLock.lnk")

This tells the ROM to place the shortcut "OnLock.lnk" copied from "\Windows\OnLock.lnk" into "\Windows\Startup". That's just an example; your exe will be different.
