Dead Mini SD Card

is there a program to restore a mini sd? i formatted my mini sd and the battery went dead... when i charged the battery and turned the device back on, the ppc6700 didnt even detect it or i couldnt find it in file explorer or anywhere...

i put it into another 6700 and didnt detect it...

i plugged it into a card reader and it didnt detect it

SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME THAT THERE IS A WAY TO RESTORE IT!!!!
