Verizon Reg Keys

Hi,

There are two issues that I was not able to resolve in 2.2 when not installing Verizon's extrom junk.

1. No choice of selection between Automatic A, Automatic B; showed only Home Only. What registry keys enable this.

2. Some ## codes did not work. What registry keys enable these.
