Manila 2-D Comm manager help

Here is my issue: I really don't like the Opal CommManager that links from the Manila2-d settings tab. I was hoping to do the same thing that I did with skyfire to the Comm Manager. In short, in the internet tab clicking on the browser looks for the operaL.exe in the /windows directory.

I wanted to do the same thing with the default comm manager inside the 20755 build and just change the file name in the windows directory (wrlsmgr.exe) to CommManager so when I clicked the button for the comm manager in the tab it would bring me to the super quick and super simple comm manager built in.

But when I go to the windows directory it does not give me the option to rename or copy the wrlsmgr.exe file. It says "Cannot Copy wrlsmgr: executable and resource files in rom cannot be copied".

Maybe I am just completely wrong and the file is not the exe I am looking for, or something else. Either way, if someone could help I would be very appreciative.
