Have you ever tried to flash a custom ROM on the phone?

That happened to ImCoKeMaN's phone and he had to send it to UTStarcom under warranty for replacement.

If you have flashed the stock Verizon ROM onto it and you can't get past the Verizon boot screen then there is nothing else for you to do, really.

Look at the serial number on the back (under the battery). Not the ESN numbers, but the serial number. If it starts with anything > 617 or so then you should be within your one year warranty through UTStarcom (this is outside of any warranty Verizon offers).

I assume you've tried simple stuff, like removing the battery - using another battery - making sure the sd card is out of the slot...

I would make sure that the latest official Verizon ROM is flashed to the device, then I would send it in for repair. Seems like your phone is toast unfortunately...

Honestly, if you've tried everything mentioned here, I think you may have either a hardware or uncorrectable ROM issue ...

Sorry bro..
