OT again - there does not seem to be an option for 'Now' temprature in Weather plugin. Even if it refreshes every hour - it just shows Max/Min for the whole day, rather than current temp.
e.g., at 6:00 AM this morn, it showed me 72/46, when I refreshed again at noon it shows me 70/46. What I am trying to find is if I can see weathe rat 6:00 AM and noon (if refreshed or if hourly) |

Quick question about .NET 2 ... and I haven't flashed the new 1.2 yet. But anyway,
Can I instally .NET independently??? I need it, so I'm assuming that 1.2 doesn't come with a version of .NET at all. Also, if .NET 1 something is still installed in the ROM, will installing 2 causing any problems? ----- UPDATE ---- I actually am enjoying 1.1 to the point that I'm going to wait and flash. I installed .NET 2 and it working very well. I still have adequate program memory and so far to hickups from installing version 2. Thanks a lot BigJ!!! |

Pie plus Navigation
brandouno,
Don't use the reg hack for navigation if you have PIE Plus. All you have to do is select the "+" in the lower left of PIE Plus and select "Scroll" from the list. You want to uncheck "Scoll Like IE". This will give you page scrolling in several adjustable forms (like line or page, etc.). --Eric |

Weather program
k000,
I've been using SPB Weather for over a year and I like it very much. But like you I was wanting the current conditions (humidity, wind, etc.). I think Marsware WeatherPanel is what you are looking for. It displays current, forcast, and even motion radar. It has several displays to chose from and icon sets that are animated right on your today screen. It works very well with BigJ's ROMs --Eric |

PalmSMS and Voicemail
It never really occurred to me that voice mail notification is a text message that comes to the phone, but I realized with these ROMs that when I get a voice mail PalmSMS also startsup. I guess everyone else gets this also. Is there anyway to allow PalmSMS to activate for all SMS messages (primarly Picturemail) but not open up when I receive a voice mail?
