Thanks!
You should not allow the Sprint customizations to run with this (or any AKU 3) ROM.

At the top of this forum you will find a post with a list of the necessary and recommended cab files to run from the extrom. You can use the program Total Commander to navigate to your extrom and just click on the ones you want to install.

I didnt get the option to run the sprint customizations....when i first bult the rom or after i did a hard reset it went straight to the today screen with about 36mb free....is this normal?
Did you by chance load up JBabey's Mario ROM? If so, you have probably unlocked the Extended ROM and striped out all of the contents. If there is a config.txt file in there, it will try to run the customizations.

If it's not just Vista that's affected, maybe somebody could just package up the ROM for those of us who can't do it for ourselves, or at least the nk.nba file so we can finish the process with our specific carrier .prj files. Anybody? Please?

Using WinRAR 3.62 I haven't encountered any errors yet with the base kitchen on Windows XP Pro SP2. I haven't flashed yet (can't do that until later) but the ROM creation process went without a hitch.

Well, I didn't have luck using my laptop running WinXP Pro, but I was able to get CreateOS.exe to run (without getting the exception error) on a desktop running WinXP MCE. It had nothing to do with my version of WinRAR, since the desktop didn't have the WinRAR program, I used the extracted files from my laptop.

Is this kitchen better than the other ones (Helmi, Sfauer etc.) that are already out there? Just wondering if this one includes all the speed tweaks and memory adjustments that seem to make them quite fast and stable.

Not sure what I am doing wrong, but I can build the stock kitchen with the .net and wm6 improvements. I have also removed all the OEM's I dont want, and the rom works fine. But as soon as I load any of the OEM's from the FTP , the rom builds fine, but it just hangs on the apache startup screen. any ideas?

nmeister, you can try adding the OEM's one at a time. Some are either not built correctly or just not compatible with this kitchen. The only way I was able to figure out the culprit was to build, clear out temp, add next oem, build, clear out temp and so on.....
