evdo in saginaw, MI?

I'd call sprint but I can't tolerate their menu/them.

does anyone know if they're in the process of implimenting evdo in sainw, mi? for the last couple weeks I've noticed when my data is not connected it switched to Ev for a few seconds.. then goes back to 1x... I don't believe this started happening until I updated to aku 3.5 (sardin pr5)

I'm not going to say it would be cool if we did get evdo, seeing as all the other carriers have highsoeed here.. but it would be nice to crawl out from under the 1x rock.

Hmm, nothing shows up for Saginaw on Sprint's coverage map but that doesn't necessarily mean anything.

Maybe one of these days the Ev will stick![/url]

I live in Bay City, and Work in Midland.... I havent heard/seen anything, but If you are in S. Saginaw, you might be picking up a tower in Genesee county, where they have EV... (I have a few friends that live in Flushing, and I get solid EV at their house...)

actually i live in kawkalin, i get the ev both here and in saginaw.. where i work.

i guess ill just hope that it sticks one of these days..

yeah.. i think everyone else has evdo here.. i know alltel does, and pretty sure vzw does.
