Most of the time on Vista you will need to turn off USB connections in mobile device center. Sometimes it will get to almost done and then crash.

I am having a problem close to this. running vista as well but i got bootloader 1.00. i am trying to use the kitchen roms for wm6 and i eventually get a error:101 for device connection. it freezes me in bootloader there. i upgraded to aku3.3 withought a problem. confuses me.

edit: nevermind saw your video u used vista and that explained it. wierd how you dont have to do that with aku3.3....
