Yeah, i had read that part earlier. Besides, you need to get a real life avatar and go find some Asurion and VZW reps over that deal with your 68. LOL

Before you go hardsetting anything, look at the file name. I just pulled an mp3 over with name crank_ring.mp3 and it errored out changed it to crank.mp3 and it works fine.
