On sprint, but have Vision problems... pls help.

Hi! I'm hoping someone can help me with this. I have recently activated a used 6700 onto my account, but now my Power Vision doesn't want to connect. This is both on EV-DO & 1x.

I'm getting errors 37: "Miscellanous Erroneously Mobile IP Set Up Occurred."
& 1012: "Could not prepare Vision services."

I was also getting error 9, about a password. I've gone to the Sprint store (also to look at the Diamond), and they had me call cust service while there. Since I was getting a password error as well, I had found information about needing to reset the Vision password. However, I can't do that online anymore for some reason. The Cust Service rep couldn't do it either, so he tranferred me to Tech Support after a while. He got me into ##DATA#, and had me input the password. It somehow got rid of the error 37, but still couldn't log in. I've since reset the phone, took out all info pertaining to my account using ##MSL#, wrote down what I thought I might have to put back in myself, and put my ph# & MSID back in. That got voice working again like it always was, but it did not reinput any Vision info. I am now getting error 37 and 1012 again. I put back in the vision info I wrote down, but still same errors.

Any idea on what else I should do?
