Can't open "usb to pc" in connections

the screen flickers briefly and nothing happens... This is so weird. I am trying to resolve syncing errors and inability to stay connected to my computer. I read somewhere to uncheck "advanced networking capabilities" in "usb to pc" but I can't even open that. Any ideas?

I have Vista ultimate, sar3.5 pr6, sprint 6700, no custom extrom, and stuff like WP, Mobile Shell, SPB finance, REsco Radio, Sudoku, etc.

The only thing I could find tied to that was cpl_pcconnection. If no one else is having the same problem with that rom, I would suggest reflashing if you want to try to get it to work.

The program works fine on mine (personal 3.5)

Also, I still use the activesync mode program which has made my activesync connection very stable as to compared without.

I'm not sure, but I think that is one small issue with wisbar - just close wisebar (click and hold your stylus on the X area when the menu pops chose exit) then try running the pc-usb applet.

Hope it works for you otherwise - I'm not sure...

you know, I figured that out by accident last night. So I did finally get it open. When I try to uncheck the advanced networking I get a message saying "Failed to disable RNDIS to use Serial"

So off to search the forum for that. My phone is making me nuts right now
