get phone working with cricket

ok so i bought a xv6700 off ebay and they said it was already flashed to cricket and everything, so i got it today took it up to the cricket store tryed to have them activate it and they told me that the phone hadnt been flashed to cricket now i have looked around here and i know you have to load the cricket prl but i dont know were to get that and also dont know if i need a specific one for my area or not, if anyone could that would be great
