MMS

ok so...now when i get a mms message...if the message is a email...just txt no pics...it does not show up....i have to go to objects and there is a unknown file there....and i have to save it and then and .txt to the end of it....so that i can open it up in note pad...does anyone know how to get it to show up in the mms window
