Well, there appears to be some mismatch between your bootloader and RUU. Could even be your USB connection. Not using a hub r u? Maybe try a different USB port? Vista/WMDC? Any errors when you did the bootloader downgrade? Any error when you cooked the ROM? Need some more history other than "error 100". There's an RUU.log --does it say anything? IDK.....

Like I say, on Vista undo USB Connections and it will work.

Ok. got it working so far so good. A Little info that might be helpful. I followed this post ---APACHE-Sticky: Stuck in new Bootloader 2.04/2.05 from the bell/VZW 3.3 ROM, Help is here now from:gguruusa by Naigaboy (Thanks!)
Everything was fine from 2.05 to 2.02,but when i whent to Flash 6.1 Kitchen and or 6 kitchen with standard RUU and also tried NO_iD RUU,I got the ERROR 100. The only change I did was ((NOT)) putting in the nk.nbf into the NO_ID RUUfile folder as said in step 14(14. copy nk.nbf, radio.nbf and ms_.nbf from your carrier rom and place in No_ID folder) in a nut shell whent to 6.1 kitchen/converted old projects new projects/ changed to:Ruu NoID ,Standard RUU is what i used to use/flashed and now its alive again. reflashed 2 more times( forgot some program's) still working!!! on MS XP, now have Rom 3.61.00/Radio 1.43/Ext Rom 3.14.208 ill give it a couple of days to see if it sticks.thanks for the help everyone! so far so good.
