Outlook registry hack?

So I want to know how to get outlook to check my gmail account every 30 sec. instead of every 5 min. Anyone know how to do this? I have been digging through the registry all f-ing day and I can't find it.

It's not in the registry, but you can set it up with xml or provxml. Read here...
