MMS Video not working

Hi

i upgraded to AKU 3.3...and it will not let me send a mms video...it says file format not supported.. what can i do to fix that

from all iv'e read, you need to revert to AKU 2.2

I have Sprint. I did the MMS fix already, and I am getting the same exact error.
