Problem with Syncing with PC

After installing vista or the Clean and simple AKU3.5 rom to my pocketpc I now have a problem with syncing my device. Everything appears to be normal but al tasks and some appointments that i make on my pocketpc show up on my PC as the previous day. For example if i make an appointment for April 4th on my pocketpc, it will show up as due for April 3rd on my PC. The alarm reminder will also be set for April 5th on the PC where it was originally set for the 4th on the pocketpc!

So weird and annoying! If anybody has any ideas to try it would be greatly appreciated.

Could you give us a tad more info?

PC OS?
ActiveSync Version
Does your PC recognize the phone under device manager
Does ActiveSync regonize your phone

Are there any error messages?

I'm using Vista 64 with that Sync Center software that comes with it. After scrutinizing it a bit further i think the only problem comes in with the tasks, everythign else sycs fine, Contacts files whatever. I can see the phone in device manager and can copy files to it like always. I recieve no error messages or sync errors that i can see.

Also, this problem only ocurrs when i make a task on my PPC and sync it to my PC. If i create the task on my PC the dates sync just fine.
