Stupid Question about ROM

I just wonder if i have Chinese WM5 ROM from Dopod 828 GSM smart phone (.nba) can i convert it to (.nbf) and use it on my ppc 6700?

Nope. You won't be able to use a ROM from a different hardware spec'ed phone on your HTC Apache. If you're willing to do ROM dissection, you might be able to get the files you're interested off it, though.

ACtually i just want to get the chinese interface out. such as chinese start menu, Program, you know stuff like that...can you tell me how do i dissection it.
