What 'Out-of-Box' Programs Are Safe To Remove?

^Topic. Also, how do I remove them?? I know that you can't use the 'Remove Programs' thing to do this, so what do I have to do? I'm asking b/c I hardly have any programs on my phone, and I have no memory left. 3 programs, and I'm just about out of memory! I'm not as educated on these devices as some of you are, so I won't be messing around with mods and things like that.
