XV6700 epst problems

I recently re-programmed my phone using the ppc kitchen for cricket. I now cannot access the epst using ##778, or the prl ##775. I had the phone programmed for cricket before using the kitchen but updated it for the newer version of Arcsoft. Can anyone tell me why I cannot access the epst now?

I read that It is the dialer that I selected when I flashed the rom, and that it could be fixed by intalling one of DCD's carrier roms. However when I try to install the cricket carrier cab, i get an unable to install. Is there any other way to fix this short of uploading a new rom to the phone?
