ppc6700 text help!

I have been looking for this everywhere online and so far no luck maybe I'm just dumb. Anyways, i have this ppc 6700 (for Sprint) and when i receive text messages the senders phone number doesnt show up. Is that normal and is there a way that i can get the senders number to show up i text a lot and i wouldn't want to send the wrong message to the wrong person. Thanks in advanced

Re: ppc6700 text help!

Others have had this issue as well and I am sry to say I do not remember what the resolution is but at least you are not the only one. Someone will come along and answer that for you so just hang on a bit longer.

Re: ppc6700 text help!

I had the same problem as well as caller id. I called Verizon they removed the feature caller id then re-aded it and it worked. Try calling Sprint.

Calling Sprint? Or you could take a hammer and whack yourself in the face repeatedly. I SWEAR it would hurt less than calling Sprint.

Haha, you're telling me? Calling VZW is worse! The only thing those idiots are good for is giving me replacements.
