Hotmail attachments-inserting/viewing

Just got a PPC6700 and use the wifi to view my hotmail account. I've noticed that when composing an email i don't have the attachment feature nor can I view attachments. I also created a gmail account and also had the same problem. Any software updates available? Need help

I'm running Windows Mobile 6 and view my hotmail by Start>messaging>Windows Live. There is an insert feature off the menu tab that will allow you to attach a picture or file. Sorry but can't remember what it looks like in Windows Mobile 5.
