Dude, I broke the d*mn volume slider on my second Apache already. And I was being REALLY careful, too! ARGH

P.S. Do NOT, under ANY circumstances, use super glue inside an Apache. Anywhere. You will be sorry...

Lol my slider is okay...fell off and was a pain to but back but it was okay.

Yeah. The issue is that the bottom of the mainboard has to drop over that bloody plastic peg. It can get so frustrating that you forget to pay attention to the top of the board, where the slider is. It is WAY too easy to have it all *SNAP* into place and bust the peg off the slider. It's happened to me twice now, and it sucks having to use the windows volume control.

yeah...i found this rubber block with a number on it....says 61 or something...where does that go?

Toss it. If you didn't see where it came from, you'll NEVER figure it out. I spent days trying. General consensus on the forum is it is expendable.

Forget what? I never even offered to work on your phone.

I think the rubber block is just that to cushion the main board in an event of dropping or what not.
