daylight savings and bluetooth

my time reverts back one hour (daylight savings) everytime i sync... how can i fix this?

Also, i cannot connect my bluetooth to my BMW. It worked the first night i bought the car then i deleted some old partnerships on my 6700 and now my car can't find my phone but my phone finds my car. Could it be that I don't have a "new outgoing port" in my com ports??? How do I get that outgoing port back?

Thanks a bunch and the download for mms pic and video text works great!!

For your time problem, either the 6700 or the PC has the wrong time zone information.

Regarding the DST issue, you probably need to make a few changes to your setup.

First, connect your Apache to your PC to start ActiveSync.

When your Apache is connected and has finished syncing, on the bottom half of the ActiveSync window you need to do a right mouse-click on the "Windows PC" icon (or whatever your PC's name is for your sync relationship) and select "Properties" (or "Options", I can't remember which it was right now). After you do that, you should see a checkbox that says something like, "Update time whenever I sync to this PC". Make sure that checkbox is Off.

Next, on your Apache, go to: Settings >> Personal >> Phone >> Services >> Time Synchronization.

Press "Get Settings ...", and make sure that the "Time synchronize with mobile network automatically" checkbox is On.

Lastly, press the "Update Now" button on that same screen, and you should be good to go!

Cheers!
