I pay the 1.99 a month for it and have submitted several support tickets. They said it is a bug in the server and they are working with Microsoft to fix it. They do not know when it will be resolved, but as of right now I am still unable to sync properly. It is very intermittent.

well i have the same problem in the last few days glad to know now that its not my phone!!
 Hope they fix it soon
