Bought a PPC 6700 Sprint on Ebay

Hi there! I recently purchased a PPC 6700 for Sprint on Ebay. When I took the phone in to activate, the technician said they have had a lot of problems reprograming these phones. So, in other words they can't get the phone to accept the phone number...the phone is in perfect condition though. The guys I purchased it from said it worked wonderful for him...anyone know anything that could help?

Yeah it really isnt hard at all. IDK bout Sprint but you can change ESNs on VZW site and it only takes a total of 5mins. I have swapped so many phones it isnt even funny.

As others have stated...you should be able make all the changes yourself. Sprint allows you to swap phones through your Sprint account online.

Yes, go online to do the ESN change. Then do a quick search here for how to get your MSL. Then pull up your dial pad and hit ##778# and select edit. Goto town plugging your number where the old one is. That should get you started.

Sorry my instructions are kinda vague, but I am trying to work with a customer and he keeps p*ssing me off. If you need realtime help, hit my IM in about 20 min.
