My boss is all up on my ass, his navigation nub is doing crazy things it moves in random directions when using it and upon clicking it it randomly deletes things.

I did a soft reset and it didnt help. anybody know how i can get my boss away so i can go back to slacking off

back up his stuff with Spb backup and do a hard reset. See if that fixes it. If not, it is a hardware issue and needs to be taken in to a store.

The board under where the Start/End/Joystick are probably went bad, one of the few problems that comes up on this phone.
