You're lucky. I am surprised that they still had pre-April phones available. May be not many people use the ppc at your location. What you need to do is encourage all your friends and relatives to use this phone and had them join us here. :D

haha, i've already got my gf wanting one. but she wants the black one from verizon(stupid sprint loosing out on the cool colors again), but i have a sneaking suspision she only wants it for bubble breaker

Is sprint using the new changes to the PPC to try to help slow down the use of tethering? I think Sprint has no way of tracking this usage and thats why the PPC's have been changed. Dose anyone have any proof of being charged for tethering, I don't mean someone called me, I mean Actual proof like a scanned letter? I would like to see it. I use this all the time and I have never been charged. So please anyone show me your proof.

don't get me wrong it works perfectly...but as I'm surfing I tend to get that message, maybe like after 30 minutes or so... i'm thinking its b/c my aol email is setup to check every 60 min. and it tries to check it while I'm teethering

well there ya go solving ur own problem. hehe yea I have found that I need to turn off my direct push or I have problems with connecting and the connection. adjust the settings and see what happens. I bet that's it.
